The Nigerian lawnmower is a machete. Men hunch over and chop at the grass. The University of Ibadan campus takes landscaping very seriously so you see grass cutters out all the time.

Hey while in secondary school in Naija proficiency in cutting grass was mandatory.
we all picked it up through our years in college, once you get a hang of it it not hard or tiring
Secret is to bend low and maintain the right angle for every swing, one kind of feels there way through and then situates themselves with what works. It an art that brings back fondly remembered and at the time hated moments of my youth
